At waydesign.in (“Studio”, “we”, “us”), we do not monetize user data. We do not participate in cross-site ad tracking networks, data brokers, or invasive telemetry. Any information provided by you is utilized strictly to communicate about project inquiries, deliver bespoke creative work, and execute client contracts.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with our studio platform, we may process:

• Inquiry Data: When submitting our project contact form, we collect your name, email address, chosen project services (Websites, Social Design, Social Handling, AI Video, AEO), estimated project budget, and project brief.
• Technical Telemetry: Aggregated, non-personally identifiable server telemetry including operating system, browser engine, approximate geographic region (country level), and performance timings to ensure optimal 60fps rendering and accessibility across devices.
• Direct Communications: Records of email exchanges, WhatsApp consultations, and video conferences conducted during client onboarding and production sprints.

We process your data under legitimate commercial interest and contractual necessity:

• To evaluate project fit, generate detailed studio proposals, and schedule introductory consultations.
• To deliver contracted digital services, including website deployment, video production schedules, and social channel management.
• To fulfill statutory accounting, taxation, and corporate governance obligations under Indian law.

We retain prospective inquiry records for up to twenty-four (24) months to facilitate future collaboration. Active client engagement records and accounting documentation are maintained for the duration required by applicable legal and tax regulations. All data transmitted to and from our site is protected via TLS 1.3 encryption.
